Design/Project Manager/Owner’s Rep with Actus Lend Lease, military housing, private public partnership and development.  Work included coordinating and hiring outside consulting architects and engineers, managing the design process, and monitoring construction.  Briefed Commanding Officers on work in progress.  Actively involved with LEED home projects including the Army's largest LEED Gold project and the Air Force's largest LEED Silver project.  Project sites included:

  • Fort Knox Kentucky, renovation to 200 historic homes, several new home developments and three community centers.

  • Hickam Hawaii, renovations to 1,451 historic homes including 24 museum quality homes and a historic clubhouse facility.  Hickam is one of the largest historic residential community rehabilitation projects in the nation.

  • Fort Wainwright, Alaska, construction of new homes.

  • Medical Office Building at Bon Secour’s St. Francis Hospital, Midlothian Virginia.  On site Owner’s Representative, for a 40,000 square foot facility.  Assignment consisted of implementing EH&S programs, document review, tenant coordination, and contract administration.
